How she got here
- Led the implementation of Residents' Experience Surveys in residential aged care for the Department of Health and Aged Care (2022-2024)
- Investigating patient experience and implementation challenges of the RPA Virtual Model of Care as part of her PhD research (2024-2026)
- Conducted brand share analysis, market access insights, and consumer experience evaluations for various pharmaceutical companies (2022-2023)
- Contributed to systematic reviews on physical activity promotion and obesity prevention campaigns for the World Health Organisation and University of Sydney (2022-2023)
- Developed COVID-19 vaccination policies and adverse event reporting processes for NSW Ministry of Health (2021-2022)
- Designed and implemented a Health Surveillance framework for Healius (2020-2021).
