After lodging your feedback our Managing Partner, Dr Lisa Fodero, will contact you within two business days.

To ensure we fully understand your concerns, Lisa may ask you questions.

While we investigate your complaint, Lisa will provide you with a contact person. This person will keep you updated and the steps being taken and answer any questions you might have.

After we have reviewed all of the information, Lisa will contact you to discuss the outcome. This will be done within 10 business days (unless we need more information).

Note: We accept anonymous feedback, but we prefer that you let us know who you are. This allows us to do a thorough investigation and include you in the process.
