- Led and contributed to numerous high-profile projects for the Australian Government Department of Health and other key stakeholders in the health sector, including: Expanding the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program into Home Care, the BreastScreen Australia Quality and Safety Review, the evaluation of the National Dementia Support Program, Designing and implementing the Residents' Experience Survey and Expansion Trials, Evaluating the Home Care Workforce Support Program and the TrialHub Pilot Program
- Joined HealthConsult as a Research Analyst, quickly progressing to Consultant and then Senior Consultant roles
- Gained experience in health economics analysis at SYNEVi, honing her skills in quantitative and qualitative research
- Pursued a BSc (Hons) in Health Economics and Management, combining her clinical knowledge with analytical skills
