With over 35 years of experience in the health, aged care, and community sector, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role at HealthConsult. His background as an Associate Professor and Director of the Australian Health Services Research Institute underscores his deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

What sets Robert apart is his expertise in designing and conducting large-scale studies that shape national policy. His work on the Residential Aged Care Utilisation Study (RUCS) exemplifies this skill, leading to the development of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) – a system that's revolutionizing how aged care services are classified and funded in Australia.
